RULES

Single poem or piece of prose - unpublished, free subject, max 3 poems, within limits of 35 lines of text or a prose (max 4 sheets of 30 lines - max 60 characters on each line).
The works of foreign authors have to arrive in the original and italian translation.

Works have to be sent in six typed copies, whose only one has to bear at the foot: first name, last name, address and author phone number within 8/06/2011 (stamp date will testify it), through registered letter addressed to:

The copy containing author personal details has to be added to declaration attesting that the work is absolutely unpublished and of author artistry, on pain of Competition expulsion with fee kept for Competition.

Participation fee to the competition is Euro 20,00 or correspondent amount in foreign currency.

A qualified commission will examine the works with irrefutable valuation. Members will be notified at the delivery of awards. Competing works will not be given back. 
Only winners will be notified at the proper time. Works without these specifications will be automatically excluded.

The awarded texts will be read out during final ceremony. The awarded authors will have to collect personally the awards. The awards not collected personally or as proxy, if not reclaimed within 1 month, remain to the Association.

The ceremony award will happen on first half of October 2011 near the Council Room of Ancona Municipality - P.zza XXIV Maggio - Ancona.

I° CLASSIFIED:

• Painting work of famous author
• Diploma of merit
• Free publishing of awarded work, with the comments of Commission, in the anthology "Voci Nostre" 2009.

II° CLASSIFIED:

• Medal or plaque
• Diploma of merit
• Free publishing of awarded work, with the comments of Commission, in the anthology "Voci Nostre" 2011.

III° CLASSIFIED:

• Medal or plaque
• Diploma of merit
• Free publishing of awarded work, with the comments of Commission, in the anthology "Voci Nostre" 2011.

To the first, second and third classified will be offered a free copy of the book "Voci Nostre" 2011.

From IV° to X° CLASSIFIED:

• Diploma of merit and artistic medal.

All the awards will be personalized.

Participation requires total acceptance of these rules.
